VAWT questions

I really like the VAWT design that you added to your page not to long ago. Anyway, I'm aming to create a F&P VAWT using the designs from Wind Suff Now. I have all the parts, although I have a few questions relating to the VAWT. What is the torque of such a machine? Will it be able to spin a non-decogged rotor? What about decogged? I was thinking about the cogging problem... What if a second rotor is offset in between the first. I.E.: As one rotor is aligned with the magnets (cogged) the second is aligned between the magnets (trying to move to the next magnet). Does this eliminate cogging? What RPM's does it pull?
