Ok, hi crew ...
I'm nearly ready for the solar tracker electronic movement thingo ..
So, If anybod out there has a good idea of a Cct , I'm interested --a bit of background ,,, I have a 'polar" tracker under construction -IE --3 way tracker - and I'm running a 12 wire multi pair cable out to the tracker for most of the controlling I might have to do . plus a pair of 16mmm square building wire main current carrying conductors -it's a 880 watt 4 panel array..
so, if anyone has an unused tracker gismo or a lead to a good Cct , please let me know .

New to the forum .. Here is a link on building a cheap solar tracker ... I think it's really cool .. Check it out ..
Cheap Solar Tracker
I would add a MOP (motor operated potentiometer) at the end of the servo to supply voltage to a small dc motor with an "all threaded rod" to the array .. As the solar tractor detects movement the servo will operate the dc motor to move your array .. It would take a little tweaking but once finished I think you'll have a really cool automatic tracker that doesn't cost a bunch ..
Here is another site to checkout ... Gives parts list for single axis tracking with a dark sensor that allows the array to swing back to the east after dark.
