Well Done Trev! That is impressive ;) I'm thinking of doing that with my next EV conversion for longer than 100Km drives. I'm thinking of an AC conversion with a VFD so I can feed direct 3Ph straight into the VFD and trickle charge the batteries to prevent overheating like you experienced.
