hello! i just finished browsing your awesome site! it only took me about two days ;-) i just wanted to say that you have made a very informative site on the topic, and i definitly are going to build a wind turbine in the future. i am very interested in wind, solar, hydro and other "alternative" power sources. for a country like sweden we could be self-sufficent with producing electric power, and methanol fuel for cars, but we have a very old and stubborn goverment i'm afraid. we surely don't lack the natural resources... anyhow, you rock! peace! kim h. from sweden. |

Hi Kim Its sounds like "old and stubborn" governments are a global problem ![]() Here in Australia our government is talking about building nuclear reactors, our Prime Minister said they were the cleanest source of power he knew! Strange, I would think solar and wind would be cleaner. But hey, I've met a few politicians and they are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Welcome to the board. Hi Yes we do have politicans that are not the sharpest tools in the shed as several years ago Paul Keatting had to show Little Johnny where are all the light switches and how to turn on and off when johnny and his wife move into The Lodge for the first time and l was thought that was strange . dwyer the bush man |
