Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Welcome to the Forum. They are also fine with partial charging that we get on cloudy days and bad weather. Some time back I wouldn't have bothered looking at the rack mount, complete battery system in a box because the price was very high, much cheaper to buy cells and appropriate BMS then assemble it our self, I still prefer this way, I have a few friends that would love to go off grid solar but have no interest in learning how to do it, For them it would be Easier to buy a rack mount battery that is almost plug and play and should take care of it self after its setup properly, and can be paralleled with another battery later if needed, the price has dropped quite a bit so its an attractive option for some.Cheers Aaron Off The Grid
