Just got of the phone from origin and they told me there is a web site that we can log into and download the daily logs (1/2 hour logs) from our interval meters

the logs that the meterpeople get via the optical tool is then uploaded to a website for billing.

Unfortunatly the guy was not sure of the website
he mentioned "parracell" "parcall" or such?? and "e-whim"

but he was not sure of the site him self as he only had heard via a friend in origin.

OK peoples any ideas on this??
would be great to get the log files (even if it`s weeks old)
