Are there cheap solar panels available anywhere in Oz? I was reading an article re give away paenels in America,

I would think the current government subsidy system would make new systems so cheap that second-hand panels would need to be ridiculously cheap to be worthwhile.

www.oatleyelectronics.com in Sydney sells 100W modular panels for under $700 complete with a controller. I was there today and can vouch for the quality and the integrity of the business owners.
