Automotive alternators are easy to come by.
and a belt speed of 3 meters per second will drive one at
540 rpm with a .3 meter pulley, No good. An axial flux
alt. should be used because of its low speed attributes.
It should be driven from an Idler pulley engaged to the
bucket belt.
Time has proven that I am blind to the Obvious, some of the above may be True?
