I like all of these, but I think the one with the bolt under the CB toggle is a great example of what NOT to do - but then, they all are, really.

If a CB is popping, it is trying to protect the wiring from overload, so forcing it to stay in the on position could make a good fire starter!

Same with the bolts in the fuse-holder thing.

I'd reckon the "Screw" example is a pic of someone stealing power ?. They have picked a phase that is of less use ,so it sort of won't be noticed --BUT Wait --I'll take that back ,"someone" would not have a clue.

It's a bit closer to home than that -- I remember way back (years) on the backside ,we had a fella down south that got disconnected by the authorities - he had all sorts of stuff connected ..

Me and Amber was renting a house out and the renters got their electric shut off

Here in the United States they pull your meter and put a plastic cover in where your meter goes

Well he put wrenches across where the meter plugs in

He ended up catching it on fire and we had to change the whole thing out is how we found out about it

A month or so later we go to court because he wasn't paying rent

and he brought up in court that the electric was messed up and he shouldn't had to pay rent
