Alibaba.com has great deals.  Best to order a pallet of 36 since they’re boxed that from factory otherwise they charge you for making a box to ship. Screenshot of Jinko panels. They are highly valued in Asia as are TongWei and Seraphim. All have huge productions and backed by years of pv production. Open an account on Alibaba.com and negotiate with a company that’s willing to ship DDP which covers door to door delivery and pays all applicable customs taxes and fees. You have several payment options and may be able to pay upon package arrival and inspection. My first panels showed up in 2016 in cardboard boxes and the shippers helpers were sitting on top of the stack but that Philippines for you. Now they are required to build boxes capable of shipping safely.
