His personal web site offers many future promises Nothing yet delivered. the technic of neutralizing a magnetic field at high speed, If true, and require only a modest power input would be a world shaking event. The Battery controller may be useful to extend the service life of expensive batteries. Also KarlJ, might be interested in
placing some lumps of coal alongside his solar array.

As for the Back EMF harvesting, it has been done on DC Motors in the past.
