Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Was looking for an electric motor to run a mill off dc, and came across these

30KW dc brushless motor and controller
High Efficiency +Very Compact 30KW BLDC Motor
Voltage 72V Efficiency >90%
Rated Power 30KW Peak Power 60KW
Speed 15000rpm Rated Torque 270N,m
Cooling Method Fan Cooling Weight 30KG
Dimension 190mm(L) x 180mm(W) x 50mm(H)
Weight 4.5KG
Features
Regenerative Braking
Long working life (>20,000 hours)
Low noise, high torque
Excellent performance characteristics
High efficiency (>90%)
High reliability
Rated voltage : 72V
Rated power : 30KW
Rated speed: 8000-15000 rpm
Stepless speed control, dual-direction

I was comparing it to a warp11 (ie trevs ute)
warp11 Rated Torque: 173 Lb Ft @ 72 Volts And 597 Amps (1442 RPM)
Rated Power: 58 HP @ @ 72 Volts And 597 Amps (1442 RPM)
Continuos RPM: 5,000
Max RPM: 8,000

173 Lb Ft = 234.55650535n/m

apart from the higher rpm (leave gearbox in and drive around in 2nd or 3rdgear??)

price pretty much on a par with warp11

Anyone seen anything like it before being used in elcars?
being brushless would be a major step up from the warp motor (trev seems to be getting 10K km per set from his)
plus it already has a controller (quality????) and inbuilt regen braking

seems almost too good
