Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I have started a new thread but this should perhaps be read in conjunction with my post Headless MX170 Controller as this PCB sort of morphed out of the previous post/project as one all on its own.

After three iterations the ver 1.3 board is there i think has all the functions and no more circuit errors (I hope). Shown below is the latest PCB fully populated with all functions tested OK.

LCD working with Touch - OK
8 Port Ext with sw - OK
Wi-Fi with sw - OK
Flash Ram (matherp sw)- OK
SD-Card on LCD (matherp sw)- OK
ISCP - OK

Just wanted to acknowledge Geoff for MMbasic and Peter(matherp) extensions they have turned the Micromite into a fantastic hobby and keeping the Grey Cells going!

I do have boards if anyone wants one. PM

Nice project Mike...!

I love it when members take an idea and go through the design process, think out the GUI user control, firmware, and then layout a PCB to go with...

That's why i love the MM cores... Easy to use, powerful, Touch GUI get's it...

3D printed enclosure for the 8 port controller.

This is designed for the 2.4" LCD display, I don't have one to try but the backpack boards with a 2.4" LCD should also fit OK. The are two versions a plain box and the same thing with Lugs/tabs so that it could be mounted vertically on a panel etc.

3D stl files are on my server under downloads
