The next phase of my (MM170) project is to log selected parameters from my HC-12 network (temperatures, pressures, wind and rain) to an OpenLog module. cDeagle has a number of posts here and here too he may be able to chime in (please). There is a description of the commands at I have the module recording OK but I can't issue the commands (ie I can't get it into Command mode) I have three sets of questions: 1) Connections. I believe the following are correct - can anyone confirm:?? Module----My Guess BLK-------Ground GND-------n/c (=CTS) Vcc-------3V3 TXO-------MM pin 22 RXI--------MM pin 21 GRN-------n/c (=DTR) 2) MM code: It appears to be as simple as Open "COM1:9600" as #2 then Print #2, . . . 3) How to get it into (and then out of) command mode - I specifically want to Reset the Logfile number - it only allows 65533 files. Thanks, Andrew PS: Why am I doing it this way?: 1) I have two OpenLog modules that I want to try 2) I could go straight to my PC from my HC-12 dongle but I don't want the PC running all the time whereas a MM can 3) I could use a MM+ (which I know works) but I only have one and I don't want to tie it up yet |
