Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

What is it with food people these days?! (rhetorical)

I am sure it will be yummy once I cook it, but.....'Meal for FOUR'!?
If you split this up into four equal bits.....all four people would go hungry.

I guess I am biased somewhat, as I love food, and a portion like this is a good meal for ONE person IMHO. It is about 80mm high and about 70mm deep.

Looks like "Brinks" says you're four people!

Hi Grogs,

Maybe they mean 4 O’Clock?. In your case I suspect 4am.

I am not a big eater, but it looks OK to me, says it weighs 600 grams.
150 grams of Meat Loaf a couple of roast potatoes some roast pumpkin and some peas and a six pack. Perfect!

@ Frank: Yes, that is what they are saying!

@ Revlac: Yes. This was edible, but too salty for my liking.

@ Mick: LOL! Never thought of that. Perhaps I should have cooked it for eating at 4AM as you say!

@ palcal: Yes, it was rather dense, I have to be honest. As you say, paired up with some spuds etc, I expect it would be fine, but I was only referring to the packet suggesting that this meatloaf alone - with nothing else - feeds four people.

I'n not picking on Brinks meats or anything - most packets say this kind of thing. You'd think they would say 'Meal for one' or something, to encourage people to buy four of them rather then one of them.

Depends on the chicken parts they use. It looks like they ground up the beaks, feet and some feathers.
Probably still tastes better than the possum belly dish Granny used to make on the Beverly Hillbillies !!
