Hi My Micromite backpack setup has just started to not recognise some basic options. When I try to download a program I know works, that starts with OPTION AUTORUN ON. It comes back with Error: invalid option if I remove this line, the same error is returned for OPTION EXPLICIT and OPTION DEFAULT INTEGER. If I remove all of these the program will run but not autorun etc. What is happening? |

Good question. I can only recommend re flashing the firmware as something seems to have seriously gone wrong. Geoff Graham - http://geoffg.net |

Agreed. That is very strange. So to be sure you are working from a non-corrupted MMBASIC, I would also reflash. If it still does it after that, all I could say then was perhaps a damaged chip, so you'd need to mark that one as suspect(or bin it), and switch to another chip. Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |
