I was trying to find the seller I got some parts from and ran across this.

2.4" UART TFT

Now if they'd only put a PIC32MX270 and brng out I2C, 2 few SPI's and 2 4 bit ports
to the edge we would have a nice all in one package.

Too small a market I guess.

You could ask them to do it and what min qty they'd need you to buy.
