Is there any way to reset the uMite (28pin) with a command in a program other that to use the watchdog timer, for example if Xx = 30 the RESET. This would restart the uMite and run the program again via option autorun on.

Thanks for any ideas...

Can using cpu restart be in any way detrimental to the micromite?

No, it just executes a jump command to the start of the normal power-on initialisation sequence.
