(Sorry for blank post)Can't make edit work under Firefox. I am trying to find how to find the cursor position on the screen *within a program* and how to place it in a given position on the monitor. Senior?! Whatever it says, I'm a complete and utter beginner... |

Thank you TJ. In reply to anyone thinking 'Why doesn't he read the manual?" I searched for locate, position, cursor... but without success. Got it now! Senior?! Whatever it says, I'm a complete and utter beginner... |

The cursor is nowhere until you tell it where it is, right? It's wherever you left it. |
