Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hi!

I wanted to try the Gauntlet port on the CMM2, but when I run GAUNTLET.BAS I get the following error message:

[449] Error: Line number

I could not find a list of MMBasic's error messages in the user manual, so I am wondering, what it means.

Does 449 refer to the line number the error occurs in? I had a look at line 449, but it looks OK to me.

What exactly does the error message "line number" mean?

Best,
Maik

It's referring to the line in the editor that you can see in the inferior part of the screen.

Update your CMM2 to the last beta firmware and it should run the game correctly.
