What "ready out of box" boards can be used for ARMmite H7? 1. The original NUCLEO-H743ZI board is no longer manufactured. Is NUCLEO-H743ZI2 compatible with firmware? 2. Any other cheap boards available? |

Thanks for confirming. Is the most recent Armmite H7 manual the one at https://www.thebackshed.com/forum/uploads/matherp/2019-06-25_212755_Armmite_H7_Manual.pdf ? I came across this board while searching Ebay: "STM32H750VBT6 Development Board ARM STM32H7" I'm not sure if it is compatible but it has Battery, MicroSD, CH340, and a few keys, plus nice pin labels on PCB: ![]() Not quite as cheap as F4 boards though. Might not have enough flash for MMBasic? Edited 2021-06-03 02:59 by flasherror |

It will need EXACTLY the same CPU and even then you MUST check EVERY pin is used in the same (or a compatible) way. Or just get the board known to work. Did I mention EXACTLY... oh yes. John Edited 2021-06-04 21:19 by JohnS |

Bearing in mind what I posted, that board is not suitable at all, crystal or not. John |

it does not make me proud to admit there are, extant, pictures of me as a 20yr old in stockings, suspenders and a cerise boob-tube on a trip to (I think) the kings theatre in Southsea to see a local production of TRHPS |

Cap'n, I would be totally proud of that because we were well ahead of the times and it was fun to shock people. I am totally straight but I used to dress in 24-pleat trousers, tail-coat, stand-up collar, bow-tie, cumber bund, dyed-hair and eye-liner. Long before punks or other types were doing this stuff. I used to frequent Roxy/Bowie clubs which were absolutely mind blowing and I eventually hooked up with Iggy Pop, back-stage in Detroit...My life is complete. |

Hoping that means that you were bopping around the kitchen, waiting for the boiled eggs to be done (?) |
