Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

It's the same! Package cannot be found...
I think "python3-distutils" would be correct already - something seems to have changed.
Other people probably have the same problem with "sudo apt-get install python3.7-distutils" (...which does not work for me either... - I hate Linux AND Python!!!)

Maybe it's because distutils is being / has been phased out?

- no idea!
I have now reinstalled the graphical user interface and a whole lot of stuff, apparently the needed Python was included - at least MMBasic had worked for a short time! After I installed the image viewer fbi now PIGPIO no longer works and MMBasic can no longer be started! :-( Luckily I made a backup copy of the SD card before! Does anyone of you know an image viewer that I can call from MMBasic? I would have to switch between two pictures again and again fast...

That was a stupid user error of mine - I called MMBasic without "sudo"...
