Hello,
I found an SSD1963 based VGA shield in the bottom drawer.  (See picture - ignore the bottom board...)
It has an 8 Bit bus connector (and audio and 2 PS/2 connectors). Its easy to get it to display 640x480 on a Vga screen using bit banging, but would it be possible to use MMBasic's SSD1963 support to drive this? I was thinking that I'd do the initialization manually to get the correct Resoluting and Timing and then use the LCD Drawing commands.
Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers,
Fred
