Hi, Pico is very nice but we do not have wireless communication. The Cytron Maker Board for example has a option for an ESP01 chip. It will be so nice to have a wifi library for a standard ESP01. And as all the IOT board use MQTT protocol. MQTT support will be the Nirvana. Any code yet avalable ? Best regards Happy new years for all menbers Georges |

I feel the best way to implement this is to have MMBASIC support ESP8266 AT command firmware. Although it wasn't there some time ago (when I was experimenting with AT firmware) it looks like newer AT firmware supports MQTT. Anyone else willing to help on this? I'd like to help make this a reality. Miltel90's Pico PCB and my Pico PCB have options for an ESP-01 module. See PCBs at Pico on fruitoftheshed. The MQTT AT command set looks interesting. ~ Edited 2021-12-26 00:17 by lizby PicoMite, Armmite F4, SensorKits, MMBasic Hardware, Games, etc. on fruitoftheshed |
