This is the problem... The processing *might* be faster, but not in all cases. On many 64 bit systems some operations are still done as 32 bit. When it comes down to anything that involves interaction with the outside world it doesn't matter how fast your system is, the end result won't be any faster than the interface and what's happening outside. Consequently games have to run at human speeds - you won't see much difference (maybe in rendering if its done in software - this applies to desktops too) as most of the time is spent in loops waiting for you. :) Mick Zilog Inside! nascom.info for Nascom & Gemini Preliminary MMBasic docs & my PCB designs |

Raspbian 64 is indeed faster. It boots way faster for example. And yes, it depends on the application to make use of this. Edited 2022-02-07 07:15 by Amnesie |
