Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I have a customer with a G2 unit, trying to use a 128GB FAT32 SD card, and when they type FILES, the unit just locks up(crashes) with a black screen, and he has to press reset to recover.
Anyone else used 128GB cards in the CMM2? I have advised him to find a lower capacity card, such as 16GB or 32GB cos I know people use those without issues.
I have not really heard of anyone using a 128GB card in the CMM2, cos it would be highly unlikely to ever need that kind of capacity IMHO.
Manual DOES state that you can use up to 128GB cards formatted in FAT16, FAT32 or exFAT, but does "up to" include 128GB cards too?
I test every single unit before they are sent, so I KNOW it worked just fine with my 4GB test card, and I could navigate through the folders and load programs fine, so I think that the CMM2 perhaps just does not like the taste of 128GB cards, or this specific card anyway.

Cards over 32Gb must be formatted exFAT.If they are formatted FAT32 then they are using a non-standard block size which isn't supported
From the manual
