Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

My current project is using the Nucleo L4 board and the E-paper display to monitor the battery usage in my caravan. I have chosen this combination for 2 reasons. Firstly I have them not in use and secondly I want to minimize the amount of power drawn from the battery set.
I have a couple of questions that shedders may be able to help me with. Firstly as I cant run the L4 with a voltage above 12V what regulator should I use to minimise the current draw during sleep mode. Secondly can the red LEDs be disabled with software rather than the soldering iron?
