Panky`s dropbox links seems to be not working/deleted...
Last one I`ve downloaded and have offline was MMB4W_User_Manual_v0.90d-final.pdf
Is it latest?

0.94 is the latest I have.

Been offline for a bit while I move house. I get into my new place early September and will try to get a new release of the manual out as soon after as I can.
