Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Well tried something a bit different got my old wifi router out and managed to get it connected to the house wifi so used the LAN port to connect it to the loco 5
When I typed in 192.168.1.20 actually got the login screen up so set it up for a router etc and was prompted to change the password. I did look at every option and couldn't find where to put in the password for the house wifi.
Then lost the connection totally even after rebooting still nothing so on Monday I'll contact that mob Buzy gave me and hopefully get this all sorted.
Regards Bryan

Well it did seem I had the wrong setting where I selected router where it should of been station, now I did contact tech support and they guided me thru so at the house here all connected so after lunch time to see if it works at my shed
Regards Bryan
Edit: Well I did forget one or two things so had to take the loco back to the house and no way would it connect So onto co pilot and it suggested ipconfig /release and that worked a treat and got me in I did forget to change from static to DCHP so got that done and I did have the ssid wrong as I didn't change it.
Got it all set up again in my shed and my win10 laptop connected straight away with the ethernet so just had to do a speedtest
ping 44ms download 55.15Mbps upload 32 Mbps
So that should be enough bandwidth to start crypto mining Edited 2024-12-10 15:18 by Bryan1
