Hi all.

Just received the picomite computer published in November Silicon chip.
Setup went Ok until I connected my 13cm OLED HDMI monitor.  

Could only get good display at resolutions of 720 and 1024 any resolution below this produced ghosting.  Tried DVDD setting from 1.10v to 1.40v with no joy.

Firmware install is v6.00.03

Any help would be appreciated.

Also the included pacman game would not run.  Had to change processor type from RP2350A to RP2350B for it to work OK.

Start by checking the power supply and cable. Then try a different monitor. Also try a different hdmi cable

Thanks Peter.

Monitor size is 13in not cm.  Changed to a 7in monitor working OK at resolution of 640.
would appear that the 13 in OLED monitor is not capable of working at the lower resolutions.  My intension is use it at the higher resolutions.  Won't be able to play any of the games on the lager monitor.

Hi Bill,

I have similar with my living room TV. This TV can only show 640x480@60Hz from the subset in pico.

Peter has implemented many display resolutions that are related to computer monitor standard.
There are also "consumer display" standards (i.e. 50Hz refresh rate) that are not implemented in pico at the moment.

Maybe your monitor is a "european" TV, that is capable of 50Hz only, except for the mandatory 640x480@60Hz.

Hi Volhout.

This particular monitor indicates it's native setup is 1920x1080 at 60hz.
When connected to the picomite resolution indication is 1024 x 760 70Hz.
