Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

The Adafruit Fruit Jam was released in July 2025 and has the 80 pin RP2350B processor, 16 MB Flash, 8 MB PSRAM, HDMI connected thru GPIO12-19 thru HCTX pins, has 2 USB ports connected to a CH334.  The Fruit Jam  costs $39.95 and is available thru Adafruit and Digikey.

Compared to the PicoMite 3 board, it seems to be mostly compatible, with the exception of the I2S audio TLV320DAC3100 I2S DAC and the WiFi which is handled with an ESP32-C6.

The MicroSD connections seem significantly different, with the Fruit Jam using GPIO34-39. Don’t know if is a deal breaker.

Pinout of the Fruit Jam is at https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-fruit-jam/pinout

Is the Fruit Jam compatible with the PicoMite 6?

It doesn't seem to be fully compatible with MMBasic to me. But then, I wouldn't expect it to be. Not a good candidate. At $39 I'd consider it to be a waste of money, although you could probably get it to do *something* by customising the options, writing a fey library routines for it and losing GPIO pins.

Only my opinion, of course.
