PC3-piconesPlus_046.zip

Hello everyone,
I've adapted the pico-infonesPlus retro gaming console emulator project for the PICO COMPUTER 3 hardware.
pico-infonesPlus
Video output: DVI or HDMI
Sound output: I2S or HDMI
Controls: two NES/SNES controllers, Wii controller, USB keyboard or gamepads.
I've currently assigned the HEC controller connections to ports GP0...GP5

GP0 - CLK     GP3 - CLK
GP1 - DATA    GP4 - DATA
GP2 - LATCH   GP5 - LATCH

I would like to somehow decide on a standard connection for these game controllers to PC3

In general, I would like to know about your interest in porting this emulator?
I am sure the author of the project will not refuse to make a ready-made configuration for PC3 hardware.

Excellent

There may in the future be a series of articles on the pc3 and the various codebases available for it in Silicon Chip Magazine (and eventually Practical Electronics) so it would be great to add this as another firmware. Personally I would prefer you used GP34-GP39 for the HEC controller but this isn't a big deal

Although you don't need to in this case, it's quite possible to share the clock and latch lines for NES/SNES controllers. Each controller needs its own data pin. The number of controllers is limited by how many data channels you read. :)
