Pico Computer 3 – New production run (V3.3?) Hi Peter, hi everyone, I'm planning another production run of the Pico Computer 3, with a minimum quantity of 15 boards. I've noticed that your GitHub repository now contains versions 3.2 and 3.3 in addition to 3.1. According to the README, V3.2 uses a different USB host power controller, while V3.3 also improves the thermal connection of the 1.3V regulator. Before placing the order with JLCPCB, I'd like to ask: Peter, would you recommend using V3.3 for a new production run? Has this revision already been built and tested successfully? I'm planning to use the following files: - PicoComputer3.3.zip - PicoComputer3.3BOM.xlsx - PicoComputer3.3CPL.xlsx Thanks in advance! Best regards, Manfred Added question: What's abot the placement of RMC2. It looks faulty. ![]() Edited 2026-10-21 23:39 by ManiB |

I've built 3.3 and it works perfectly, the keyboard version also uses the same circuit as 3.3. JLC don't have a 3d model for the RMC but the board will be fine. |

Can someone link me to the v3.3 files. I was not aware of progression from v3.1, so for the next lot of boards that I order, I would like to be sure I also am using the v3.3 boards. I think Peter has them up on Github, but I forget the link.... ![]() Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

At the bottom of https://github.com/UKTailwind/Pico-Computer-3 file list there are a couple for v3.3. Perhaps the readme file has the info you need. |
