I have a customer looking for assistance and hope that a member of this forum may be in a position to help:

I am looking for a developer in Sydney, Australia for the PIC_GSM board, can you recommend me a some one please ?
It is a pulse counting, RTC based application, with SMS and e-mail,web server requirements as a brief explanation.
