Hi,
iam buildt a micromite powered clock for a friend.

using Micromite, esp8266 and some Big Lcd modules. (7,5 cm)

it shoes hour and minutes. every 5 minutes i load the time from a server because the internal clock
is to fast.

i dont use an rtc because the clock shows also if the internet connection is ready.
it has night and day mode which i realised with the timerinterupt.
small delay give day mode (4-6 ms) and bigger is night mode (12-22).
its not ready yet but id like to show the project from start up.
Big clock

much too small .

my "Big Clock" is running now 48 h and has a time error from +/- 1 sec in 30%, - 2 sec in 20% and in 50% it has "Real Time", because internet latenz and some small delays for the esp code.

Now i need to buildt a Frame .

Hi Plasma,

why don't you use a spy mirror (...with very weak coating)? - you have a clean surface and it is easy to build...

...you can maybe use a first aid blanket from your car? (...and you have the choice to use the silver or gold side)

Necro Post ...

The clock runs since 10.2014 24/7/365 without a fail.

looks like the Mmbasic and the Micromite konzept are Rocksolid!
