Hi All,

I saw this on an Ad on The Back Shed (see Glenn some people read those ads)

PicKit 3

$23.79Aud posted for a PK3.. I reckon that is the cheapest available at the moment. For those that want to get into programming their own Pics.

The description states ORIGINAL but I don't believe this is the genuine PK3 but one of the many clones, mind you I have a clone and it works fine.

They also have PicKit 2 at $17.xx (just search for pickit)

Pretty decent prices.

Mick

Mick, at least they haven't used the microchip logo on the top of the unit. Probably firmly suggests that it is a clone.

All the best

I ordered one of these, not sure how they did it but I ordered on 27/12 and it was here 31/12. I got mine for $23.73 delivered. Just updated to MMBasic 4.6 with it.

I guess that the description states that it uses the ORIGINAL PC software?

Hi Mick

My BangGood PK3 arrived yesterday, and it looks just exactly like a real Microchip PK3, eg carries the Microchip Logo complete with the (R) symbol !

Seems to be a real high quality product.

Once again, thanks for the tip.
