Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.
I don't know! I even doubt if it is equipped with an controller.
Maybe is is the missing U1 (right of "240X320", yellow arrow)?
see picture!
I have only one module to try. I think it may be the missing touch controller (U1).
Thank you for pushing me to take a second look at the module!
Upps:
I looked again at the auction: Type: without touch panel My fault! *grmpf*
Regards

@WW
YES! That's most important. Makes a good feeling. I ordered already new modules with touch controller! causality ≠ correlation ≠ coincidence

@Matherp
Looks like putting a 4.7k on the display reset line solved the problem of display de-init... I have the 1.8" connected to the DIP-600-28 board happily updating the RTC time on a tick Int.. (sweet)... Testing (playing) continues... Also, will be hooking up the monochrome (blue) 3.2" display you had shown in another thread. As much as I tried to get the exact one you did, now that I'm looking at it, there are slight differences on the PCB... The "12864B" number is the same but, this one sports a "V2.0" on the hard etch... I didn't find any 0 ohm resistors... There is a solder blob jumper that has "S" and "P" next to it, I assume that stands for Serial and Parallel... We will see how it works next...
