Lads,

I received my ROCKBY weekly email today and they have a clearance on some SMD devices

Such as this little beauty

PNP/NPN

Which is a reel of 3000 for just $1AUS, I checked the web and the part is really interesting it is a small 3mm x 2mm chip with 2 matching GP transistors, one NPN and the other PNP. The transistors are 50V 150mA devices (quite usable)




I have bought one as I couldnt resist the deal, they also have a reel of 2500 fast switching diodes for $1.
