Hi, in Mmbasic/ Micromite we had some "Numbers" about Execution Speed of Basic Lines. I think it was about 15000 - 30000 Lines/Second depending on the CPU Speed. Any Idea how fast the MM+ will be with 120 MHz CPU Speed? Do we have Benchmarks? THX, Dietmar |

No benchmarks yet, but if you can show me some code to run for a benchmark, I can run them on the MM+ I have here, and post the results. I would expect the results to be quite good compared to the 40MHz MM2. I can only test at 100MHz for the moment - waiting for the 120MHz spec chips to arrive before I can run 120MHz. Geoff's video was done at 100MHz so I understand - he will correct me if I am wrong about that. Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

See this thread for MM+ Speeds I get exactly the same results on the recently released firmware the same as Geoff posted previously at 120MHz |

I use an unofficial and simple benchmark which gives: - Micromite MkII at 48MHz is 27716 lines/sec - Micromite Plus at 120MHz is 49019 lines/sec Geoff Graham - http://geoffg.net |
