I just sent you a reply to your email but I will repeat it here for the benefit of all.

Normally MMEdit autodetects the device but sometimes it can get it wrong.

Under the Advanced menu, check that you have “auto detect device” set.

If that doesn’t work, try setting “Set device micromite” instead.

If you open the chat window, you can also set the device by clicking on the “set maximite type” button (next to the red arrow).
