Welcome Fred503, any relation to Fred176? Anyway, I purchased my first MMbasic product from Circuit Gizmos. Give him a whirl. Through this forum, I have purchased a few thing from the great guys overseas also with no problem at all. You can see all the great boards available on this forum to help you get in the game. Good luck with getting the ball rolling! Jim |

I'll echo the same... I got my start by buying from CircuitGizmos! He sells great stuff that is ready to use. Also checkout Grogster and bigmik's offerings. They ship from from New Zealand and Australia, but it only takes about 10 days to get your stuff. --Curtis I am not a Mad Scientist... It makes me happy inventing new ways to take over the world!! |

hi fred, what parts are you after? a micromite can consist of as little an an PIC32MX170 28-pin dip, single 10uF ceramic capacitor, and a $3 usb to serial bridge adapter. right up to a pre-assembled PCB with an MX470 processor and SD card slot. you can buy parts from eBay, Microchip Direct, Farnell/Newark, or many other online sources. cheers, rob :-) |

The CGMICROBOARD2 becomes the CGMICROBOARD2b (full machine production) in a few days. Another micromite design follows in a couple weeks. Micromites and Maximites! - Beginning Maximite |
