Hi All, Autotrax DEX now comes with a free version of ELECTRA router (limited to 250 pads and 4 layers). I tried it with my latest board (not released yet) and where it took me around 10hrs to get everything right the autorouter did the board in about 15 seconds.. OK there were a heap of clearance violations etc (for example all vias errored as they were incorrect size) but I think these might have been settings that need to be done. Anyway well worth a look. Does it show up in the download.? EDIT - Yep, after the update was run, there seems to be an Electra runtime installed in the DEX program area... |
