Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

The advanced manual has instructions on how to use the SD card with the SnadPic board and the reconfig. of the CD pin. This done I get a message 'cannot access the SD card'. On further investigation the card data and clock pins are supposed to be connected to Pins 5 ,4 and 47 however on the SnadPic board they are connected to
Pins 10, 11 and 12. (pg. 10 of the SnadPic manual, which I have confirmed.
Where to from here?
Paul.
Edit I think I may be looking at connections to the 64 pinner, 10,11,12 on the 100 pinner are SPI 2 so maybe this is not my problem.
Edit.
Disregard my ramblings I think I try and do things too quickly.
IT HELPS TO FORMAT THE #@%*+#$!Y CARD.

If you still have problems after formatting the SD card then can I suggest that you set the MM with just the appropriate CS pin only (OPTION SDCARD cs i.e. no card-detect or write-protect pin parameters). This will then confirm comms with the SD card is working correctly (and formatted correctly!).
IF you have OPTION SDCARD cs,CD then the CD pin needs to see a 'low' (when the card is inserted) otherwise you will see the above message. This has caught me out many times (when sitting in front of multiple set-ups) as the CD pin is pulled high by the firmware.
Good luck . . . .

Yeah, that might have something to do with it! Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops!
