Excrement, that's a point. Latest I have here is 5.2 B2 for the MM+. It would not hurt to flash the new one in, so I will do that and see if that cures the problem. EDIT: Nope.

Do you have an option lcdpanel set? You can't use spi2 from Basic if you have - see advanced features manual page 11. My Cfunctions use it through the backdoor. See the other thread for three working variants |

geoff: would it be possible to change the error messages to something like "Error: SPI2 unavailable"? and similar error messages could be used for attempts to use or configure other pins that have been reserved by the MMbasic interpreter. cheers, rob :-) |
