I was doing a test on the duinomite with a realtime clock and left the duinomite on for 2 days... and then unplugged it to see how long it would work on the small li-ion battery. After this the duinomite has started showing the copyright text every second. It is not restarting, since if I write commands (for example print pin(21)) I get results... it is just that the copyright text is showing every second and disturbing the output of the command. I tried: - pressing the reset button - unplugging everything and then plugging again - reflashing the firmware (duinomite mmbasic 4.5 with CAN) - looked at the board, but see no damage At this time I wonder if I am missing something obvious - like setting in the terraterm that resets the terminal every 1 second, or similar. Any ideas? Here is an image from it... ![]() |

It could be because it is detecting a fresh USB connection every second. Try disconnecting the USB and see if it stops. Geoff Geoff Graham - http://geoffg.net |

Yes, this is it! I think it is the driver or port on my laptop that has gone bad - I tested with different cables, but no difference, and then I tested with another laptop and there was no problem at all... I will have to figure out if it is the driver or something else that is wrong. Thanks again for the help! |
