Hi forum
I am very limited in my knowledge of electronics and have a vague idea of what BMS are used for and why its important to have one incorporated in a battery pack
I purchased a Seadoo underwater scooter RS! second hand and discovered the Li-Ion batteries were pretty well spent (8 mins running time in top speed against 30 min plus specced)
The battery pack replacement doesn't come cheap ($1,000 AUD)
The pack itself is 18 MNKE 3.7v 4 amp 26650 cells configured 6s3p
The BMS is Model: PCM-L06S20-517(A-1)(6S) but they have stopped making it
I have the spec sheet (think I uploaded it) and have looked on Aliexpress for similar
I wonder if someone can help me match a suitable BMS to the one mentioned
Many thanks
Bazza
