Problem: I had to reverse a RS232 to USB Adapter (FTDI) back from USB to RS232. No PC/ RASPI possible. Found this really cool and cheap Solution: USB Host with PIC Atmega8 |

Just to echo some sentiments (which i do not agree with btw) "It is not open source!", "What happens when the company not exists anymore!", "What if there are bugs that never will be fixed!" You get the point. Despite of it not being open source i love this chip and it incredible software because it makes everything so easy. And for about 5 pounds it save you an incredible amount of time. Just plug it in and it works. Especially connecting a USB keyboard, mouse or flash memory. Microblocks. Build with logic. |

"It is not open source!" Nothing bad with this, i have no problems with open source, neither with not open source "What happens when the company not exists anymore!" You own the 15 bug module. "What if there are bugs that never will be fixed!" Remember millions of Android devices ;-) |
