I was wiring up a SSD1963 7inch LCD Panel to a PIC32MZ 144 pin chip and I could not find the Reset, WR or RD pins listed in the latest Micromite Extreme Manual. They are shown in the 100 pin list, but not the 144 pin.

Also where are the VGA-SS pins for Red, Blue and Green? There are three pins all shown as VGA-CLK, I presume these are the three colours for VGA CLK which are left unconnected anyway.

Has anyone used the 144 pin chip yet?

Please help.

Awesome work by the way, greatly appreciated.

John

Hi John,
I have one running but to save tracing out the pins they are on the schematic see this thread .

They are; WR = 141
RD = 142
Reset = 139
VGA green = 47
blue = 48
red = 49

Will include in next version of the manual

139 DIGITAL_IN DIGITAL_OUT SSD1963-RESET
140 DIGITAL_IN DIGITAL_OUT SSD1963-RS
141 DIGITAL_IN DIGITAL_OUT SSD1963-WR

VGA-SS lines are labelled VGA-HSYNC in the manual
Lines labelled VGA-CLK must be left unconnected if VGA is usedEdited by matherp 2017-10-17
