Microchip have sold out of these! Not expecting to be able ship more till December, which puts a bit of a spanner in the works. That SC article must have been popular, or SC have just bought up all the chips for their kits. ![]() There is the PIC32MX470F512L-V/PF, which is the high-temperature rated chip, which is what I will have to use now, but it is not rated to 120MHz, but something is better then nothing! I tend to run all my stuff at the default of 100MHz anyway. They do have 1400 of those chips though, so at least this is an avenue for those needing E100 chips! Smoke makes things work. G, Digikey appear to have stock of the 120MHz part. Don't know how the price compares to Microchip direct. Cheers, Alastair |

They do indeed. ![]() LINK US$7.95 each, which is pretty close to the MD price of US$7.30 or so. MOUSER also stock them here but they don't have any at the moment, and they want US$13.92 each for them - yikes! Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |
