Hello,
Why does not the manual describe how to load and save basic programs?
Maybe I could get a guide?
I think this is very important ...

Same as MM+

load "filename"
save "filename"

Note names are case sensitive on unix

to transfer to and from a PC I use WINSCPEdited by matherp 2018-04-04

The manual carefully points out it describes the features unique to the Picromite.

So, also consult the MM manual.
